No Refund Cases

  • Subscriptions & Premium Products: All our subscription-based products, including Geo Expander, Pro Badge, and Near Me Badge, both for monthly and yearly durations, are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Auto-Renewals: Our services are based on the auto-renewal model. Both monthly (every 30 days) and yearly (every 365 days) subscriptions extend automatically at the end of their duration. You can cancel a subscription anytime to stop recurring payments. By canceling the automatic renewal, you are not ending your paid plan. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Connects Pack: Purchased Connects packs are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.


Refunds Granted

  • Duplicated Requests: If you receive an identical request from the same homeowner within 7 days, you can request a refund.
  • Invalid Contact Information: Refunds may be applicable if one of the provided contact details is found to be invalid. Please note that all phone numbers on 99Offers are verified. Therefore, refunds due to unresponsive or incorrect numbers may not always be granted.
  • Clear Refusal: A refund may be granted if the homeowner's first message to you is a clear refusal. We will review the case and issue a refund if it’s applicable.
  • Other Cases: For situations not outlined above, you can request a refund within 30 days after being charged. We’ll review the details and communicate whether your situation qualifies for a refund.


Refund Process

If the refund is approved, it will be credited to your account balance in the form of Connects. No monetary refunds will be made.


Payment Method

We accept payments via Stripe. Refund processes might be subjected to Stripe's terms and conditions.


Disputes and Account Termination

Engaging in payment disputes might result in a permanent account ban on 99Offers.

If your case didn’t qualify for a refund, this might be due to a late submission (after 30 days) or insufficient evidence.
