Tim and Katie live in Albuquerque with their family. Tim is a full-time real estate investor, focusing on single family and small multifamily properties in Albuquerque, and together they buy, rehab, and manage their real estate investment company. When they're not working, they love to walk their dogs down the acequias, feed the hummingbirds in the neighborhood, or bike along the river.
