I have a diverse background as both a musician and licensed real estate professional. With over three decades of experience in the music industry, I have successfully supported myself through my musical pursuits since 1995. While I initially obtained my real estate license as a side venture in 2003, I phased out of the business in 2009. Since then, I have been involved in various referral and consultation projects. Interestingly, it seems that not a week goes by without someone inquiring if I am still active in the real estate industry.
