With a strong background in finance encompassing fiscal budgeting, logistics, contract negotiation, and executive management of over 260 employees, along with an adaptive leadership achievement from Texas Christian University, I transitioned into the real estate industry over 4 years ago. During this time, I have been instrumental in driving the growth and brand recognition of Pick-West Realty Group in the DFW Metroplex. As a devoted husband and father of three remarkable children, my family holds a special place in my life. My daughter Mikayla is a phenomenal athlete, while my two sons Ian and Nolan have their own unique interests in automotive enthusiasts and outdoor enthusiasts, respectively. Supported by my rock, Heather, who keeps me grounded and focused, I am committed to delivering exceptional results as the Supervisor/Team Lead at Pick-West Realty Group.
