In 2015, I transitioned into the Austin real estate industry after being recruited from a sales position at LVMH luxury goods company (Louis Vuitton Mo?t Hennessy). Since then, I have developed a deep passion for my real estate career as it allows me to utilize my marketing and sales skills to assist clients in selling or purchasing homes. When working with homeowners who are selling their properties, I understand the importance of providing expert guidance and acting as their representative. I possess the ability to identify and effectively communicate the unique selling features of their homes, thereby attracting the most qualified buyers. On the other hand, when working with homebuyers, I prioritize understanding their needs and preferences to ensure they are positioned favorably in the market. Additionally, I assist them in competitive situations where they are contending with other buyers for a property. Beyond the practical aspects of real estate, I have a genuine interest in economics and urban development. I devote time every day to stay informed about Austin area economic data, real estate trends, and regional developments. This knowledge, combined with my interpersonal communication skills, makes me an ideal consultant and representative for both buyers and sellers. Throughout my years in real estate, I have honed my skills in various areas, including seller representation, buyer representation, relocation services, and listing marketing. These proficiencies enable me to provide comprehensive and effective assistance to my clients. Outside of work, I actively engage in volunteer work at my church and other organizations. For leisure, I enjoy staying active through workouts, reading, swimming, as well as kayaking and canoeing with my children and fianc?. I also take pleasure in experiencing live music and exploring the vibrant arts scene and natural beauty that Austin has to offer with my friends and family. Above all, my proudest and most meaningful role is that of a parent. Raising my two sons is a dedicated undertaking that brings me immense joy. I am also a proud owner of a dog named Luna and a cat named Ella. Buda has been our home for over a decade, and we are grateful for the community we have built here.
