My decision to pursue a career in real estate was driven by my need for a flexible schedule, desire to help people, and entrepreneurial spirit. I began my journey in 2018 as a licensed REALTOR, assisting individuals in buying and selling their homes. The more I immersed myself in the industry, the more I realized its vast potential. To further enhance my skills and knowledge, I eagerly enrolled in various classes, webinars, and seminars related to real estate. I obtained my MRP certification to better assist military veterans and learned about the probate process to support those going through challenging circumstances. Additionally, I took investor classes to develop a deeper understanding of the investor mindset, which eventually led me to establish my own company, Nomad Living Solutions LLC. In October, I expanded my expertise by becoming a licensed mortgage loan originator. This opportunity allowed me to gain valuable insights into the lender's perspective and offer additional assistance to home buyers and homeowners with their real estate-related goals. While I may not have the longest tenure in the DFW metroplex, with only three years of experience as a REALTOR and as a newly licensed mortgage loan originator, I am driven by a thirst for knowledge and a genuine desire to help people.
